Accumulating original know-how for the manufacturing of rare earth metals and alloys

 Santoku was the first in the world to succeed in the molten salt electrolysis of rare earths as well as the mass production of rare earth rapid quenching alloys.
 By accumulating expertise on the manufacturing process ourselves, we were specifically able to refine our microstructure control technology for alloys. Responding to users’ needs for rare earth alloys and the peculiar properties they possess, we deliver products that have undergone a high level of microstructural control, which has led our customers to recognize the added value Santoku provides.
