Today, Wakayama Rare earth Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our company, held a special shareholders' meeting.
A resolution of capital increase to 350 million yen from 100million yen was submitted and approved at the meeting.
(For this time’s increase, 250million yen, out of other capital surplus, is to be incorporated in to the capital.)
