　As previously announced in the "Notice Regarding Transfer of Equity Interest in Subsidiary" published on December 1, 2023, we hereby notify that today we have transferred all of our equity interest in Baotou Santoku Battery Materials Co., Ltd. (BSBM), a subsidiary of our company, to FDK Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo).
