My work
My job is to plan the production schedule from melting to shipping, based on the desired delivery dates provided by our customers.
I love my job! What has been your most rewarding experience or what motivates you at work?

In my role as a production planner, a single mistake in my judgment could cause many people to do unnecessary work. That is exactly why I find it very rewarding to create well-structured, efficient schedules with no wasted effort.
Why I chose this company
Since I majored in metal materials at university, I was mainly looking for jobs at companies related to metal materials. An associate professor told me about an interesting company that supplied the metals used in our laboratory, and that is how I first learned about this company. When I researched it further, I discovered that the business was in a field I was interested in and that it was a company with its own unique technological capabilities, which made me want to join.
A failure I can talk about now — my biggest mistake

This happened about a year after I joined the company. I forgot to communicate something that needed to be passed on during a handover, which caused a problem that delayed a delivery deadline. At the time, my supervisor and senior colleagues helped me resolve it, but it was a firsthand lesson in the importance of reporting, communicating, and consulting.
